We have a large shared swimming pool (10x5m) with steps from one end. The pool area has a patio and large wooden decked area surrounded by trees, giving both shade and privacy. The area catches the sun beautifully from midday until sunset. There is a shaded gazebo, sun loungers and tables. The pool is open May to September. We clean it each morning and it closes when it is dark.

Outdoor facilities

Each cottage its own semi-private outside space covered by a shaded gazebo with views over our large gardens. Each has a large garden table with benches and a BBQ.

We have 3.5 hectares of private garden. The front lawn is planted with trees and shrubs. We tend to leave the rear meadow to grow wild flowers. The lower glade is a lovely private area furthest from the house. A real bonus for picnics or quiet reading alongside the stream - although it does dry up in the Summer months. It takes 15 minutes to stroll the loop around our garden.

We have a great open barn where we provide communal games and a seating area for guests.

Cottages de Garrigue has an adjacent public chemin (equivalent to a UK public footpath) meaning short or long walks can be taken directly from your front door.
