We look forward to welcoming you very soon.

taxe de Séjour
Our region has a Taxe de Séjour (nightly tourist tax). It is a small legal charge that we pay to our local commune (Fonroque, Eymet 24500) and it is invested into local tourism activities. It's a small fee we take in cash when you check-in.
Taxe de Séjour for Cottages de Garrigue is 3% of the booking price, capped at €0,77 cents per adult per night. It's quite fiddly to calculate but by example 2 adults with 2 children for 1 week works out at €10,78
From 1st January 2019 Airbnb and will deduct and pay the Taxe de Séjour on our behalf, so any bookings via these channels will not require us to collect Taxe de Séjour at check-in.

Car hire

Car hire is recommended to get the best from the area. The Dordogne and Lot et Garonne departments are surprisingly large and public transport is in short supply. Excellent car is available at all our nearest airports, train stations and ports. Bergerac airport has a new car hire area, including all the major hire companies. You can often find good offers on comparison sites such as Travelsupermarket or Skyscanner.
